Your pack shipment

DELIVERY TIME:

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Estimated transit time:1 - 7 business days.

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

SHIPPING COST:

As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

All shipments are processed by SAFibre's partner carriers. The shipping charges are displayed on the order confirmation page. 

TRACKING MY ORDER:

You can find information on the order details page to track your orders,and you can also check the status as follow:

1) Log in to your account

2) Go to the homepage and click on your name

3) Click on "Order History"

4) Click on the order number for the order you would like to track

5) Click on the tracking link that appears below each item

DUTIES & TAXES:

Please note, priority packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

FAQ:
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email.  If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.

Do over sized items take longer to ship?

Please note that some over sized items take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Made-to-order items may take additional time.
